WWE sends talent a memo, and more on Zelina Vega’s departure
– WWE talent received a communication recently from the company to cease promoting the Black Lives Matter movement.
– There is a feeling that Zelina Vega was made the example to send a message to talent that the company is serious about third party platform usage. From all accounts, prior to her firing, Vega was well liked by Vince and Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, and WWE creative.
– As we previously reported, WWE talent was stunned by Vega’s firing. It is no secret that Lana, Mandy Rose, and Scarlett Bordeaux post more risque photographs on their social media. Lana has promoted “Bang Energy” drinks on Instagram, much to the chagrin of WWE management. Rose recently posted a photo wearing a well-known fashion brand.
