Biography
– Syuri began her career for the HUSTLE promotion as ‘KG’, short for Karate Girl. In her debut, she teamed with HG and RG to defeat Piranha Monster, Monster C & Onigumo
– With HUSTLE faltering, the now-named Syuri moved to the SMASH group
– Syuri made her boxing debut on December 11, 2009, defeating Asako Saioka by unanimous decision
– On January 9, 2012, Syuri made her kickboxing debut, defeating Miyako Mitsuhori by majority decision, despite being penalised for exceeding the weight limit of 52kg. Syuri would go on to score a 13-1 professional kickboxing record over the next four years
– On February 19, Syuri defeated Kana to win the SMASH Diva Title, however, SMASH would go out of business less than a month later
– On December 27, Syuri defeated Nozaki in the final of a tournament to become the first WNC Womens Champion, but would lose it to Makoto in her first defence
– On September 18, 2013, Syuri defeated Serena to regain the WNC Womens Title
– On September 20, Syuri defeated Zeuxis to win the REINA World Title
