– The TNA promo hits.

– A video package runs focusing on the changes within TNA involving the signing of Hulk Hogan and the “State of the Union” address by TNA President Dixie Carter. Focus is also shown on tonight’s main event in a rematch from 2005 featuring AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe vs. Daniels for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, Kurt Angle vs. Desmond Wolfe and the young guns in TNA such as Matt Morgan and Hernandez.

– A graphic opening hits welcoming us to the show. We go live to the Impact Zone in Orlando where a series of pyro goes off in the entrance area.

– Homicide is out first to kick off the show.

TNA X Division Championship
The Amazing Red (c) w/ Don West vs. Homicide

Don West has the crowd going strong in Orlando behind Red. Red attempts some quick offense, but Homicide quickly takes him out. Red takes a big clothesline from Homicide early on taking it with a big back flip. West is continuing to cheer on Red from ringside and getting the fans involved. Lots of offense from Homicide on Red. Red with a big swinging DDT counter on Homicide. Red got the win with Code Red off the top rope on Homicide. Short, but good opener.

Winner & STILL TNA X Division Champion: The Amazing Red

After the match, Don West got inside the ring and celebrated the win with Red.

TNA Knockouts & Knockouts Tag Team Championships
ODB, Taylor Wilde & Sarita (c’s) vs. The Beautiful People

We start off with Velvet Sky and Taylor Wilde. Wilde trips up Sky and tags in Sarita. Wilde and Sarita double team Sky working over her legs. Tag in to ODB who hits a headbutt to the crotch. Sky fights back and tags in Madison Rayne. Rayne takes it to ODB with some big kicks. ODB with a shoulder block on Rayne and tags in Sarita. Two pin attempts by Sarita and Rayne kicks out. Tag to Wilde who Sarita throws onto Rayne resulting in a two count. Wilde with a floating arm drag on Rayne. Lacey Von Erich jumps in and clotheslines Wilde quickly. Rayne is still the legal wrestler and hits Wilde with a swinging neckbreaker. Tag to Sky and Rayne and Sky hit a double russian leg sweep on Wilde. Sky with a snapmare and kick to the back combo. Sky follows that up with a dropkick to the face. Tag to Von Erich and a loud “YOU CAN’T WRESTLE” chant starts up. She tags out quickly after some kicks and tags in Sky who applies a full body submission on Wilde. Wilde fights back with a big kick to the face. ODB gets the hot tag and cleans house. ODB with a fallaway slam on Sky. Sarita and Wilde go after Von Erich and Rayne. Sarita and Wilde are thrown out. Von Erich and Sky hold ODB back, but ODB fights them off. ODB with a death valley driver into a diamond cutter on Rayne for the win.

– Backstage, Jeremy Borash is with Desmond Wolfe. Wolfe said he knows Kurt Angle will never forget his name after the things he has done to him over the last few weeks. He said he has Angle’s number and can’t understand why Angle wants more. Wolfe said he has the advantage since he has studed Angle since day one. He said tonight school is in session and in Wolfe 101, Desmond Wolfe ends the career of Kurt Angle…”and you can bow to my howl, wanker.”

TNA World Tag Team Championships
The British Invasion (c’s) vs. The Motor City Machineguns vs. Beer Money

We start with Brutus Magnus and James Storm. Storm knocks Doug Williams off the ring apron and gets in some quick offense on Magnus. Robert Roode and Alex Shelley are tagged in. Roode with a big shoulder block on Shelley. Shelley with a drop toe hold on Roode and deep arm drag. Roode fires back with a backbreaker. Roode and Shelley exchange chops. Sabin with a big kick to the chest of Roode from the ring apron. Sabin gets the tag and sentons in the ring over Roode. Roode with a flying forearm on Sabin. Williams is tagged in and Roode tosses him out. Sabin with a roll up on Williams (who tagged himself in off Roode). Sabin with another chest kick to Williams. Tag to Shelley and The Guns double team Williams and then Magnus who comes in to make the save. Tag to Sabin who leap frogs over Shelley onto the arm of Williams. Storm tags himself in off Sabin and levels Magnus who tags himself in. Roode comes in and Beer Money give Williams a double suplex. They do the “BEER…MONEY!” spot. Beer Money and The Guns start to double team The British Invasion. Shelley with a frog splash on Magnus from the top. Williams is dropkicked away by Sabin. Williams with a release german suplex on Shelley. Beer Money level Magnus and Williams with clotheslines. Roode with a catapult on Magnus that Storm follows up with a DDT. DWI on Williams and Magnus breaks it up. Eric Young runs out and drops Storm face first off the ring apron. Referee Earl Hebner is trying to kick Young to the back. Kevin Nash walks out and takes Young’s Global Championship (the former TNA Legends Championship) away. Nash then nails Storm with the belt and Young is surprised. Nash then walks off with the belt. The British Invasion with a double team top rope finish on Roode and they get the pinfall.

Winners & STILL TNA World Tag Team Champions: The British Invasion

After the match, The British Invasion celebrate their win with the TNA World Tag Team Championships in hand. We then see highlights of the match leading to the finish.

– Mike Tenay and Taz review footage from Thursday on Impact with Raven returning and shooting a fireball in the face of Mick Foley. Tenay said while doctors told Foley to stay away from TNA, Foley has promised to be on Impact this Thursday and give an update on his health.

– Backstage, Jeremy Borash is with Kevin Nash who has the TNA Global Championship in hand. Borash asks him what the hell that just was. Nash asks JB if he kisses his mother with that mouth. JB tries to brush it off and Nash said his mouth would kiss JB’s mother. He said what he just did was for Hulk and that he would reveal more on Thursday. JB tries to inquire more and Nash continues to say it was for Hulk and that was all he could say for now.

Six Sides of Steel
Awesome Kong vs. Tara

Lots of offense from Awesome Kong early on. Kong is keeping Tara on the ground and choking her with her boot against the cage and ropes. Kong with an electric chair on Tara. Kong then grabs Tara by her legs and swings her head first into the side of the cage. Kong with a big front face suplex on Tara. Tara is able hit a big dropkick to the knees that takes Kong down. Tara then tries to get away from Kong and looks to escape over the top of the cage. Tara gets to the top, turns herself around, jumps and hits a huge cross body on Kong! Tara covers Kong and gets the pinfall.

Winner: Tara

After the match, Tara can’t believe it and celebrates with the fans in Orlando. We see some highlights of the match leading to the finish. At ringside, Lauren interviews Tara. Tara said she came here tonight to beat the best in TNA and did just that. She adds that she is coming after ODB next and will become the new TNA Knockouts Champion.

– A video package airs highlighting the signing of Hulk Hogan in TNA.

IWGP Tag Team Champions Team 3D & Rhino vs. Matt Morgan, Hernandez & “The Pope” D’Angelo Dinero

We start with Brother Devon and Hernandez. Devon works over Hernandez with a few elbows to the back of the head. Hernandez comes back with a big shoulder block on Devon. D’Angelo Dinero tags himself in and Hernandez doesn’t look very happy about it. Dinero with a flying shoulder block on Devon. Tag to Brother Ray. Ray grabs a dollar bill that fell from the top of the arena and tears it up. Ray throws it at Dinero who then spits in the face of Ray. Ray pushes Dinero away. Dinero with a big takedown on Ray. Ray rolls out and is frustrated. Back in the ring, Ray and Dinero lock up and Ray breaks it up with a quick elbow to the head. Ray with a big chest chop on Dinero. Dinero with shots of his own to Ray. Dinero with a body splash over Ray against the ropes and does a leap into the crowd as they cheer him on. Ray with a Bubba Bomb on Dinero back in the ring. Rhino gets the tag and takes a big elbow from Dinero. Tag to Matt Morgan next. Morgan with a shoulder block on Rhino. Morgan with a body splash of his own on Rhino against the ropes. Rhino misses a big boot and Morgan counters with a big right hand. Rhino with a spear to Morgan in the corner. Morgan fires back with a spinning clothesline. Ray and Devon have Morgan ready for a 3D on Hernandez. Dinero then shoulder blocks Hernandez away and Dinero takes a modified 3D. Tag back to Rhino who works over Dinero near the corner. Tag to Ray who locks on a bearhug on Dinero. Ray with a high back body drop on Dinero and knocks Morgan off the ring apron. Tag to Devon who hits a body splash over Dinero after hitting the ropes. Tag back to Rhino who goes back to work on Dinero. Dinero attempts a comeback, but 3D and Rhino cut him off. Morgan gets the hot tag and goes after Rhino with double elbow shots in the corner and a side slam. Hernandez with a sling shot double clothesline on Devon and Rhino. Spinebuster on Ray and spinebuster on Rhino by Hernandez. Hernandez hits the ropes and takes out 3D and Rhino with a huge leap over the top rope! Hernandez tosses Rhino back in, hits a splash from the top and Rhino barely kicks out. Morgan with a chokeslam on Ray. Morgan is tossed out by Rhino and grabs his knee right away. Ray crotches Dinero against the steel ring post. Devon has a steel chair and cracks it into the chest of Hernandez with the referee’s back turned. Rhino with a Gore on Hernandez and gets the pinfall.

Winners: IWGP Tag Team Champions Team 3D & Rhino

After the match, we see highlights leading to the finish.

– Backstage, Lauren is with Scott Steiner. Steiner said it isn’t his fault that Bobby Lashley can’t control “his woman.” He said Lashley’s wife realized Bobby’s muscles were all show and “no go.” Steiner said after he is done with Lashley tonight he will move on to his wife and she will be a “big winner.”

– A video package airs highlighting the events between Bobby Lashley and Scott Steiner.

No DQ, Falls Count Anywhere
Bobby Lashley vs. Scott Steiner

They added the No DQ, Falls Count Anywhere stipulation at last minute. Bobby Lashley wasted no time and went right after Scott Steiner right away. Lashley brawls with Steiner at ringside and throws him back in the ring to work on him more near the corner. Lashley with a shoulder block and snap suplex combo on Steiner. Lashley with a big spinebuster on Steiner. Steiner catches Lashley with a big boot. Lashley comes right back with a T-Bone suplex. Steiner rolls out and Lashley follows. Steiner with a low blow to Lashley and it is legal. Steiner hits yet another low blow. Steiner throws Lashley over a steel guard railing and then grabs a steel chair. Steiner cracks the chair over the back of Lashley. Steiner with a belly-to-belly suplex on Lashley. Steiner with an overhead belly-to-belly on Lashley. Steiner puts Lashley up on the top turnbuckle. Steiner stands up top and connects with a Frankensteiner (Steiner pretty much lands on his own head during the execution). Steiner stands right back up and seems to be okay. Steiner plants Lashley with a suplex near the corner and starts going up top when Lashley grabs him and drops him chest first over the top rope. Steiner starts moving away from Lashley and Lashley follows him down. Lashley grabs a steel chair and hits Steiner over the back with it. They head to the back and cameras begin to follow. Steiner is busted open at this point when we see them brawling near the production truck area. Lashley with a suplex on Steiner over two tables. Lashley grabs a 2×4 and the crowd does a loud “HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” That was funny. Lashley hits Steiner with the 2×4 and attempts a charge into Steiner, but Steiner moves and Lashley goes crashing into some wood platforms. Steiner starts choking Lashley with an electrical cord. Steiner said he is out, covers and Lashley kicks out after two. They brawl back into the Impact Zone. Steiner grabs a steel pipe from some of the hard camera scaffolding, cracks it over the head of Lashley, covers and gets the pinfall.

Winner: Scott Steiner

After the match, Scott Steiner is helped to his feet and taken to the back by TNA officials. TNA officials also help Bobby Lashley to his feet, but he shrugs them off and heads to the back upset.

– Backstage, Jeremy Borash is with Kurt Angle. Angle said no one makes a reputation off his name. He said while Desmond Wolfe may study him, he doesn’t need to even know his opponent to beat them and will prove that tonight.

Kurt Angle vs. Desmond Wolfe

Lock up and Kurt Angle pushes Desmond Wolfe to the corner. Another lock up and Angle works on the left arm of Wolfe. Wolfe counters and works on the left arm of Angle grounding him. Wolfe with a shoulder block on Angle and Angle responds with a hip toss, arm drag and another arm drag into a wrist lock. Wolfe breaks out and gets a hammerlock applied on Angle. Wolfe with a leg drop over the left arm of Angle and locks it up. Wolfe continues to go hold for hold with Angle and breaks up a tie up in the corner with a big kick. Angle catches Wolfe with a big boot in the corner and connects with a quick snap suplex. Angle with a backbreaker on Wolfe and two quick pinfall attempts. Angle misses a charge in the corner when Wolfe side steps him. Wolfe locks the arm of Angle and throws Angle down with force with a big trip. Wolfe with an overhead hammerlock press slam. Angle attempts a sunset flip, Wolfe breaks out, turns and throws Angle’s left arm down with force. Wolfe keeps Angle grounded pulling back on one of Angle’s arms and locking another in his legs. Angle counters out, gets an Ankle Lock applied and Wolfe uses his free leg to kick away. Wolfe with a big european uppercut in the corner on Angle. Angle with an overhead belly-to-belly on Wolfe. Angle with a series of clotheslines on Wolfe.

Angle with seven german suplexes on Wolfe. Loud “TNA!” chant starts up. Angle attempts an Angle Slam, Wolfe counters and knocks Angle’s block off with a huge clothesline. Wolfe covers and Angle barely gets a shoulder up. A loud “THIS IS WRESTLING” chant starts up. Wolfe puts Angle up top, Angle slides off and hits the Angle Slam on Wolfe. Cover and Wolfe kicks out. Wolfe grabs the left arm of Angle and throws it down over the mat. Wolfe then locks up the left arm. Angle pushes Wolfe forward and gets the Ankle Lock applied. Wolfe turns over and gets Angle’s left arm in a triangle submission. Angle rolls through and gets the Ankle Lock again. Wolfe is reaching out, but Angle pulls him back to the middle of the ring. Wolfe makes one last effort and gets the bottom rope. Wolfe counters an Angle Slam attempt in the air into a big DDT. Wolfe puts Angle up on the top turnbuckle and connects with his pull away diamond cutter. Wolfe covers and Angle kicks out. Angle with a big clothesline on Wolfe. Angle jumps up top and misses a moonsault. Wolfe gets a key lock submission on Angle’s left arm as he drives his knee into the back of Angle. Angle pushes himself back and gets his boot on the bottom rope to break it up. Wolfe attempts another diamond cutter from the top turnbuckle. Angle tries for a choke. Wolfe chops Angle and then tries to stand up top with Angle.

Angle knocks Wolfe off the top rope and connects with a frog splash. Cover and Wolfe somehow kicks out. Angle gets Wolfe up looking to hit a Tombstone Piledriver. Wolfe counters and tries to attempt a Piledriver of his own. Angle counters out of that into an Ankle Lock. Wolfe looks to roll out and Angle keeps it locked in. Angle breaks that and gets a triangle choke applied on Wolfe. Wolfe taps out quickly. Hell of a match.

Winner: Kurt Angle

After the match, we see highlights leading to the finish. Back live, Kurt Angle is celebrating his win as Desmond Wolfe looks on with a frustrated look on his face.

– Backstage, Jeremy Borash is with Samoa Joe. Joe said he didn’t cause a problem between AJ Styles and Daniels. He said he instead brought a truth and sometimes it is hard to accept the truth. Joe said he didn’t see a friendship but rather a farce between Styles and Daniels. He said no one has sent Styles and Daniels to the hospital more than him and tonight he only needs to beat one of them. Good promo by Joe.

– A video package highlights the first Styles vs. Joe vs. Daniels match from back in September of 2005 at the Unbreakable PPV and the events that were taking place leading into this match including AJ Styles being attacked week in and week out by a mystery individual.

AJ Styles (c) vs. Samoa Joe vs. Daniels

Jeremy Borash did ring introductions for the challengers Daniels and Samoa Joe and the champion AJ Styles. Lots of streamers thrown into the ring during the introductions.

The bell rings and here we go with Styles vs. Joe vs. Daniels 2. All three men crowd next to each other and Daniels gets in a cheap shot on AJ Styles and then on Samoa Joe. Joe with some right jabs to Daniels. Styles responds with shots to Joe and Daniels. Styles with a big flying forearm on Joe in the corner and then levels Daniels with a big right hand. Joe with an elbow and kick to Styles in the corner. Joe with some right hands to Styles, throws him down, slap to the back, kick to the chest, but Daniels runs up with a flying leg lariat. Styles with a roll up on Daniels that results in a two count. Daniels avoids a dropkick from Styles, hits the ropes and then gets caught with the dropkick. Styles with a dropkick on Joe when he rolls back into the ring. Styles with a side headlock on Daniels. Daniels lifts Styles up who kicks Joe off the ring apron and brings Daniels back down to the mat. Daniels with a front facebuster on Styles. Joe drops Daniels off the top rope. Joe with lots of strikes to Daniels in the corner. Joe with a big flying knee to the head of Daniels. Joe with kicks to the legs of Daniels and gets a roll through into a leg bar. Styles breaks that up with a flying knee. Styles with a quick suplex on Joe. Daniels with a drop toe hold on Styles with a knee to the back of the head. Daniels with a suplex on Styles over Joe.

Daniels with a boston crab on Styles over Joe who he has in a camel clutch. Joe bites the hands of Daniels to break it up. Joe with a big slam on Daniels in the corner. Joe kicks the head of Styles in the corner, hits the ropes and kicks Styles in the face with force. Joe turns and does the same to Daniels in the other corner. Joe with an atomic drop on Styles along with a dropkick into a senton on Daniels. Impressive combo there by Joe. Joe goes for a suicide dive, but Styles catches him with a kick to the head through the ropes. Styles with big elbows to Daniels in the corner. Daniels counters with some elbows of his own. Joe kicks out the legs of Styles on the ring apron and then Daniels hits a suicide dive through the ropes on Joe. Daniels attempts a springboard moonsault, but Styles holds on and Joe gets in a few chops. Joe pulls Daniels down, gets in a rear naked choke and Styles flips over the top rope taking out both Joe and Daniels. Styles was real close on landing on his head. Back in the ring, Styles with a tilt-a-whirl head scissors on Joe. A loud “SCREW HULK HOGAN” chant starts up. Styles jumps off the back of Daniels taking out Joe in the corner. Styles with a springboard huracanrana on Daniels, cover and Daniels kicks out. Daniels with shoulder charges to Styles and Joe in the corner. Daniels chops Styles then chops Joe when Styles ducks.

Daniels monkey flips Styles into Joe, Joe catches Styles and powerbombs him into Daniels. Joe with a powerbomb into a pinfall on Styles, Styles gets a shoulder up and Joe flips Styles over into a boston crab. Joe breaks that and locks on the STF. Styles gets his leg on the bottom rope to break it up. Joe with a big kick to the chest of Daniels through the ropes on the outside. Joe with a snap powerslam on Styles. Joe levels Daniels with a big sledgehammer shot. Daniels with a Dragon Sleeper and powerslam combo on Styles and Joe. Daniels with a death valley driver on Styles, cover and Styles kicks out. Styles with a suplex on Daniels, Daniels lands on his feet and Styles keeps it going connecting with a neckbreaker. We see Joe rolling back into the ring, taking some shots from Styles and Joe responds with a huge kick to the head leveling Styles. Daniels with a kick to the head on Joe. Styles with a Pele Kick on Daniels. A loud “TNA!” chant starts up. Styles with a springboard senton and huge clothesline on Daniels. Styles with more clotheslines on Joe and Daniels. Daniels is dumped to the floor by Styles and Styles hits a springboard flying forearm on Joe that results in a two count. Styles with a huracanrana on Joe. Styles with a springboard inverted DDT on Joe and Joe kicks out. Daniels counters another springboard inverted DDT from Styles and hits the Last Rites.

Joe breaks up the pinfall. Daniels with a huge german suplex on Joe. Joe crotches Daniels on the top rope, Joe has Daniels up and connects with the Muscle Buster. Styles breaks up the pinfall. Joe and Styles roll through each other in a circle around the ring with Joe getting the final pinfall that Styles kicks out of. Styles with a spin kick on Joe. Styles attempts a Styles Clash on Joe, but Daniels catches him with a big boot to the back of the head. Daniels attempts Styles Clash on Daniels, but Joe breaks it up kick Daniels in the face. Joe with a double clothesline on Styles and Daniels. Styles and Daniels go high and low to take Joe down. Styles and Daniels brawl near the corner. Joe walks up and chops Styles so hard that Styles falls back. Daniels counters a Muscle Buster attempt and gets Joe in a big takedown. Daniels goes for the BME and connects. Styles with a springboard 450 Splash over Daniels and Joe. Styles covers Joe and gets the pinfall.

Winner & STILL TNA World Heavyweight Champion: AJ Styles

After the match, we see highlights leading to the finish. Back live, we see a shot of AJ Styles celebrating with the TNA World Heavyweight Championship on the top turnbuckle. Daniels is yelling out that AJ proved nothing and that he had the match won.

– A promo for TNA Final Resolution on December 20 airs.
