You’re on to something there. It was when Samoa Joe was injured in WWE that we discovered his gift for commentary, and I feel like MJF could do just as well. From a pure commentator standpoint maybe dial back the “in character” just a hair – Nigel McGuinness is entertaining and all but the act gets a bit annoying after a while – but not too much because you don’t want to lose what makes him special.
