Disco Inferno on Brodie Lee’s passing: “They aren’t being fully transparent”
Former WCW wrestler Disco Inferno recently spoke to Konnan on the Keepin’ it 100 podcast, where he discussed the passing of Jon Huber, known to fans as Luke Harper/Brodie Lee.
Huber passed away due to non COVID-19 related lung issues, as stated by his wife.
He thinks that the Huber family is hiding the real cause of Jon’s death, and wants a proper reason behind it.
Below is what he said:
“Just give us the cause of death! The guy died in the wrestling business at a very young age.
Right, what [Bruce Mitchell] was saying was not unreasonable. They aren’t being fully transparent because we don’t know what the cause of death is yet. It’s very weird that the guy had the typical symptoms that you see from COVID, and it’s like, ‘OK it’s not that but we don’t know what it is.’ My general curiosity is gonna press you until we find out what exactly happened.”
As previously reported, Jim Ross gave details on what he was told about Brodie Lee’s condition.
“I haven’t seen or heard of an autopsy,” Ross said. “All I know is he had double lung failure and his lungs were so bad that he didn’t qualify for a transplant. As I heard the story, whether it’s totally accurate or not, I don’t know, they took him off his machines to see if he could kick out himself because that’s about the only chance he had. It obviously didn’t work, so it’s a sad, sad time for all of us.”
