Biography
– Yamazaki was trained by the original Tiger Mask, Satoru Sayama
– He began working for Michinoku Pro in September 1995, working under the Tiger Mask gimmick
– On September 23, 1996, Tiger Mask defeated MEN’s Teioh in the final of a tournament to win the vacant UWA World Middleweight Title
– At the 1997 Martial Arts Festival special, four Tiger Masks shared the ring, as Yamazaki teamed with Satoru Sayama to defeat Koji Kanemoto & Yoshinobu Kanemaru, with all four men working under the mask
– Tiger Mask made two appearances for ECW in December 1997
– On April 11, 1999, Tiger Mask defeated Jason Cross to win the vacant MPW British Commonwealth Junior Heavyweight Title
