Summary: Responsible for planning WWE Music Catalog releases from start to finish; Coordinate accounting statements with internal WWE departments and outside parties (IE, UMPG, Spirit); have deep WWE Catalog knowledge and owns the release process from creating artwork to releasing music and marketing it across WWE Music’s Social Media accounts; maintains proper metadata for WWE Catalog across DSPs, specifically WWE Music’s YouTube; works alongside the Manager, Marketing and Licensing with delegated tasks

Releases – Artwork, TuneCore, iTunes Producer, YouTube & PPL Registration
Accounting Coordination – WWE Finance, TuneCore, and 3rd Party liaison; Royalty Statement Management, Accounting Guidelines
Catalog Campaign Marketing – Gathers assets for WWE Catalog release promotion
Catalog Analytics & Revenue Reports – Annual & Monthly streaming/sales revenue reports
Quality Assurance – Metadata (YouTube CMS), UMPG Liaison for Questions
Assistance – Assists Manager, Marketing and Licensing with delegated tasks regarding Catalog/Publishing
