Biography
– Yasukawa began her career in Stardom under the name ‘Act Yasukawa’
– On January 14, 2013, Yasukawa, Saki Kashima & Natsuki Taiyo defeated Portia Perez, Kellie Skater & Tomoka Nakagawa in the final of a tournament to become the first Artist Of Stardom Champions. However, the trio would never defend the titles, as first Kashima, then Yasukawa went down with injuries and the titles were vacated in April
– On November 4, Yasukawa defeated Dark Angel to win the Wonder Of Stardom Title
– Kimura Monster-gun (Yasukawa & Kyoko Kimura) won the 2013 Goddesses Of Stardom Tournament, defeating their stablemates Alpha Female & Female Predator Amazon in the final
– On December 29, Yasukawa defeated Kellie Skater to retain the Wonder Of Stardom Title
– On January 26, 2014, Yasukawa defeated Kairi Hojo to retain the Wonder Of Stardom Title
– On February 16, Yasukawa defeated Takumi Iroha to retain the Wonder Of Stardom Title
– On March 16, Yasukawa defeated Yuhi to retain the Wonder Of Stardom Title
– In June 2014, Yasukawa suffered from a thyroid-related condition and had to take time away from the ring. She would remain with Stardom in a variety of backstage and non-wrestling roles during her recovery
– Yasukawa returned to the ring in December 2014
– On January 18, 2015, Yasukawa defeated Mayu Iwatani to regain the Wonder Of Stardom Title
– On February 22, Yasukawa challenged Yoshiko for the World Of Stardom Title. The match was ruled a no-contest after Yoshiko began shooting on Yasukawa, causing multiple facial fractures and requiring lengthy surgery to repair. The match gained mainstream attention in Japan and became known as ‘Seisan Matchi’ or ‘Ghastly Match’
– Yasukawa made a return to the ring in September 2015, but was clearly still suffering the after effects of her injuries and opted to retire from active competition in December. She would remain with Stardom as the manager of the Oedo Tai stable
– In May 2021, Yasukawa made a surprise return to wrestling, competing under a mask as ‘Wild Bunny’ for the HERO group
– Yasukawa returned to action under her real name for ActWres in December 2021. She would become a regular for ActWres the following year, working both as ‘Wild Bunny’ and as ‘Act’
– On August 14, 2024, Act defeated Natsuki to win the vacant AWG Title
