Biography

– After graduating from Hammonton High in 2008, Miles enlisted in the United States Army, serving from 2008 until 2013, including a combat tour in Afghanistan.
– After his service, Miles attended the University of Maryland, where he played Division I football as a running back.
– Miles made his wrestling debut under his real name on March 24, 2018, defeating Hocus at a Maryland Championship Wrestling event
– In November 2018, Miles wrestled an ROH dark match as ‘Elijah King’. He would use this name full-time from mid-December onwards
– On January 19, 2019, King defeated Ryan McBride to win the MCW Rage TV Title
– A week later, King returned for a further ROH dark match
– King appeared on the April 1, 2019 episode of Raw, teaming with Brandon Scott in a Handicap loss to Braun Strowman
– In August 2019, Miles signed a WWE developmental contract
– Miles (back under his real name) wrestled his first WWE match at an NXT live event on September 19, 2019, losing to Cameron Grimes
– Miles made his official televised debut on the March 25, 2020, episode of NXT, losing to Killian Dain
– Beginning in May 2020, Miles became a regular performer on the 205 Live brand
– In September 2020, Miles became known as ‘Ashante Adonis’
– At Takeover 31, Adonis aligned himself with Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott, coming to Scott’s aid after an attack from the Legado Del Fantasma stable
– In May 2021, Scott and Adonis added AJ ‘Top Dolla’ Francis and Briana ‘B-Fab’ Brandy to their group, dubbing themselves Hit Row
– In the 2021 Draft, the entire Hit Row stable was called up to Smackdown, but they would barely last a month before being released
– In his first post-WWE appearance, Miles (back under his real name) reunited with AJ Francis to defeat Clay Jacobs & Boom Hayden at a Maryland Championship Wrestling event in March 2022
– In August 2022, Hit Row (minus the AEW-signed Swerve Scott) returned to WWE on the Smackdown brand
