Tokyo Sports says Kairi Sane will be gone from WWE this Summer

The rumors of Kairi Sane leaving WWE soon continue to heat up as Tokyo Sports is the latest outlet to cover the story, saying that Sane looks like she will be leaving the United States to return to her homeland of Japan by Summer.

Tokyo Sports reports that a clearer picture of what the plan is and an announcement should be made in time for the upcoming SummerSlam pay-per-view, which could be her very last one for the company.

The publication also states that while Sane will indeed leave WWE, the relationship between the two parties will probably continue and rumors are that she will be involved with the work that WWE will do in Japan. There were plans to create NXT Japan and a new Performance Center there but the coronavirus put future WWE ventures on hold.

Sane has been with WWE since 2017 but has made it clear that she wants to return home to spend the rest of her life with her husband. Sane got married earlier this year in Japan.
