– Parker began his career on the Quebec indies as ‘Jagged’
– On August 17, 2002, Under Construction (Jagged & Nova Cain) defeated Ground Zero (Jayzon Reaper & Marc Le Grizzly) to win the NCW Tag Team Titles
– On September 7, Under Construction defeated Ground Zero (Jayzon Reaper & Marc Le Grizzly) and Vertigo (Bishop & Raage) to retain the NCW Tag Team Titles
– In November 2002, Jagged would team with Shane Matthews for the first time. The duo formed the ‘Under Construction 2.0’ team later that month and would become regulars for various promotions (under a range of different ring names) for the next two decades
– In mid-2003, the team simplified their name, becoming simply ‘2.0’
