More on Alberto Del Rio’s Arrest for Sexual Assault

New details are available on the charges against Jose A. Rodriguez Chucuan, aka Alberto Del Rio, in relation to an alleged sexual assault. News 4 San Antonio reports that Del Rio is accused of assaulting the woman in question after he accused her of cheating on him, then sexually assaulting her for several hours.

According to the report, the woman alleged that Del Rio became angry when she wouldn’t admit to being unfaithful and hit her. He then took her to his bedroom downstairs and slapped her eight additional times. As previously reported, she says he made her put on a dress and dance for him. When she refused, he then is accused of telling her not to cry or he would take her son and “drop him off in the middle of the road somewhere.”

Police say that Del Rio then tied her hands with boxing straps and put a sock in her mouth and sexually assaulted her using various objects for several hours. The complaint alleges that Del Rio also punched her in the back, which caused visible injuries. As previously noted, the woman had pictures taken of the injuries. She says that she doesn’t remember much once he put his hand around her throat.
