– Rohde began his career in 2013, wrestling for various Arizona-based independent promotions as ‘Alexander Hammerstone’
– On August 3, 2014, Hammerstone defeated Big Duke to win the WCWC Legacy Title
– On September 6, Hammerstone defeated Nick Price, Remy Marcel & Big Duke to retain the WCWC Legacy Title
– The next day, Hammerstone fought Danny Duggan to a no-contest to retain the WCWC Legacy Title
