Samoa Joe Expected To Join RAW Roster

With the Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor moved to Smackdown as part of the Superstar Shakeup, it currently puts both midcard titles on the same brand, as WWE has yet to announce what they are doing with the United States title.

In the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said that the plan is for United States Champion Samoa Joe to move to RAW. He was expected to appear on Monday’s episode of RAW, but he was sick and the show had to be rewritten as a result.
