Former WWE Superstar The Berzerker Arrested for DUI Charge

Public records (via Pancakes and Powerslams) indicate that former WWE Superstar The Berzerker, aka John Nord, has been arrested and placed into custody for DUI. His arrest took place on March 23.

Nord’s arrest included multiple traffic violations in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Nord’s arrest including one felony charge for driving while intoxicated/operating motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. His other charge was for a gross misdemeanor for driving after his license was canceled., which was deemed “inimical to public safety.”

Nord (aka The Berzerker) was later placed under a $60,000 bond for the felony DWI charge. WrestlingInc.com reports that organizers for Markout at the Meadowlands were told that Nord was not allowed to leave the state of Minnesota. Markout at the Meadowlands convention which occurred on Sunday, April 7, in Secaucus, New Jersey. Nord was previously scheduled to appear at the Markout at the Meadowlands last weekend, but he could not make it due to his recent arrest.
