Juice Robinson Wasn’t Thrilled with his WWE Persona
Juice Robinson was the latest person to answer ten questions for ROH, and named “everything about” his WWE run as his most embarrassing moment. You can see some of his answers below from the 10 Questions column on ROHWrestling.com:
On what he’d be doing if he wasn’t wrestling: “I’d definitely be in the entertainment industry one way or another. I love performing. I’d say I’d probably be an actor.”
2. On the best advice he’s received about the business: “Nattie Neidhart told me at my WWE tryout to ‘never take no for an answer.’ I never forgot that. I tell people that now when they ask me how to ‘make it.’ Also Jimmy Jacobs and Truth Martini would always tell me, ‘If it’s good, it’s good.’ I love that because so many people believe there’s a right way and a wrong way to do professional wrestling. There’s not. Everyone does it a little different, and if it’s good, it’s good.”
ON his most embarrassing moment in wrestling: “Everything that was CJ Parker.”
On a popular thing he doesn’t see the appeal of: “Marty Scurll.”
On David Finlay’s best qualities: “He’s like my little brother. I love him so much. He would want me to say, ‘His name is David and he’s funny and cool,’ but his worst quality is his tan for sure.”
On competing in Madison Square Garden for the first time at G1 Supercard: “I’ll never perform anywhere cooler than MSG. It’ll be something I remember the rest of my life.”
