Renee Young Will Reportedly Be On The Announce Team At Crown Jewel In Saudi Arabia

The WWE Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia has received a massive amount of criticism over the past several days. This includes WWE fans and also members of the mainstream media.

WWE made the decision earlier in the week to continue with the plans for the event. This was a decision that has been heavily scrutinized due to all of the controversy going on in Saudi Arabia right now.

According to a report from Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, Renee Young will be working the Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia. Satin says that Renee will be joining the RAW announce team in her usual role. WWE apparently started working on this back in September after Renee joined the announce team.

It was assumed that Renee would be off the show. Women were not allowed to compete at the Greatest Royal Rumble event a few months ago. At the time, Renee didn’t work the event in her usual role as kickoff show host. She was replaced by Byron Saxton instead.
