Jinder Mahal reportedly was close to retiring from wrestling

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Jinder Mahal couple years back when released by WWE was gonna retire and open up a subway restaurant or get in Real estate business.

Last year WWE, (as well as TNA) offered him a deal to return as a “Enhancement talent” but officials saw he has improved and give him more screen time .
