Memorial day Raw rating is the second lowest in the show’s history since its inception

Monday’s Raw rating was the second lowest in the show’s history since its inception, doing only a 1.75. Raw’s average 2017 rating is a mere 2.15, down from last year’s 2.26 average rating.
