Billy Corgan Comments on Today’s Court Ruling, TNA Star on “Bad Business as Usual”
We reported earlier this evening that the Chancery Court of Nashville Tennessee denied Billy Corgan’s request for a temporary injunction against TNA, and now the promotion is allowed to move forward with operations. We have complete details on the latest developments available here.
Corgan is welcome to proceed with his lawsuit, and TNA has until tomorrow to pay him the $1.8M he’s owed from his previous investments. Corgan reacted to the news on Twitter today:
For those asking, I'm in no way disappointed in the judges ruling regarding TNA. Rather, I'm grateful the judge considered the case

It's important to note is these proceedings have brought forth facts which illuminate business practices I have fought against for a reason

And I suggest that a careful reading on the judge's ruling supports there can be no claim of victory by anyone in a position of authority

Mike Bennett was openly angry with the judges decision, as seen in the following tweet:
Welp, back to bad business as usual
