WWE RAW Rating Down, Ronda Rousey’s Friend at the WWE Tryouts, New Theme Song for The Usos
– Former UFC fighter Shayna Baszler of Ronda Rousey’s “Four Horsewomen” fame is at the WWE Performance Center tryouts in Orlando this week, according to Squared Circle Sirens. Baszler started training for pro wrestling a year ago and has worked some indie promotions. She just won the AIW Women’s Title in Cleveland earlier this month. The 36 year old should have a cameo on Total Divas or Total Bellas this year as she trained with Nikki Bella and others at the Performance Center when Nikki was preparing for her comeback.
– As previously reported, this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW drew 2.478 million viewers against the NFL and the US Presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. This was down from last week’s 2.684 million viewers and the lowest RAW viewership in the history of the show. The final rating for the show was a 1.75, down from last week’s 1.97 and the previous week’s 1.88. This is the lowest non-holiday RAW rating and the second lowest-rated show overall, next to the 1.5 rating from Christmas week in 1996.
– The Usos were trending last night after debuting their new look and new theme song, which was done by CFO$, according to tweets by the two groups during SmackDown. As noted, the brothers will face SmackDown Tag Team Champions Rhyno and Heath Slater at No Mercy next month. Below is video from last night:
