WWE Performance Center news and notes
– Former WWE CEO and Senate candidate for the Republican party Linda McMahon visited the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, yesterday, her first trip to the state-of-the-art facility. “So cool to see WWE’s newest innovation, training the next generation of Divas and Superstars,” McMahon wrote on Twitter, adding several photos of the tour she received from her son-in-law Triple H. McMahon, who is no longer involved with the WWE ever since she decided the enter the political arena, said that she is “incredibly proud” that the WWE performers of today and tomorrow have such a facility where to train. Linda is rarely seen around WWE shows unless they’re in Connecticut or it is a big event like WrestleMania. She last
worked for the company she owns with her husband in 2009 and made an appearance at the Hall of Fame last year to induct the Ultimate Warrior.
– Men’s Journal has a very interest behind-the-scenes video look at the WWE Performance Center, WWE’s state of the art 26,000 square foot warehouse located in Orlando, Florida. Those interviewed for the video include Enzo Amore, Colin Cassidy, Sasha Banks, Tyler Breeze, and head trainer Matt Bloom. The video shows how those under developmental deals train in the seven rings, cutting promos in front of a green screen, the sophisticated technology behind the whole warehouse that enables people in Stamford to see what’s going on 24/7, the rehab and medical room, and much more. It’s probably the behind-the-scenes look on video that anyone has ever gotten of the WWE Performance Center so far and you can check it out here.
