Biography

– On November 19, 2006, LaRuffa wrestled his debut match, losing to T-Bone
– In his early career, LaRuffa wrestled alternately under his real name and under a mask as ‘Eagle Mask’
– On November 9, 2008, LaRuffa won the ASW Mid-Heavyweight Title
– On November 8, 2011, LaRuffa appeared as a local wrestler on Smackdown, teaming with Andy Baker & Zak Zodiac in a loss to The Big Show
– In August 2012, LaRuffa signed a WWE development deal. He reported to NXT early the next year and was given the ring name ‘Sylvester Lefort’
– On May 29, 2013, Lefort (portraying a rich Frenchman) debuted on NXT, managing the team of Garett Dylan & Scott Dawson
– Following Dylan’s release, Lefort added Alexander Rusev as a client
– On October 10, 2013, Lefort made his NXT in-ring debut, teaming with Rusev to defeat Colin Cassady & Enzo Amore, though Rusev would turn on Lefort and side with Lana after the match
– In early 2014, Lefort formed a new team alongside Marcus Louis, known as Les Legionnaires
