– Smith wrestled his early career as ‘Donny Johnson’
– On April 11, 2006, Johnson wrestled his first professional match, defeating JJ Benjamin
– In 2010, Smith began wrestling as ‘Smith James’
– On July 12, 2011, James wrestled a TNA dark match, defeating Mark Bravura
– On February 23, 2013, James & Bill Carr defeated The Beaver Boys (Alex Reynolds & John Silver) to win the NYWC Tag Team Titles
– On March 9, 2013, The New Age Wrecking Crew (Smith James & Vince Steele) defeated The Movement (Jamal Jackson & FNB) in a Ladder Match to win the ACE Tag Team Titles
– On April 27, 2013, James & Carr defeated Mikey Whipwreck & Stockade to retain the NYWC Tag Team Titles
