McMahon comments on CM Punk, Randy Savage, Taker’s streak, lack of talent depth, and more

– Vince McMahon says he hopes that CM Punk comes back to the WWE someday and they can work together again.

– Vince says he didn’t listen to Punk interview with Cabana, notes it featured a “lot of expletives and things of that nature”

– McMahon apologized to Punk for him getting his severance papers on his wedding day which was “coincidence”.

– Austin asks Vince about what Cesaro lacks. Vince says charisma/verbal skills. Says he lacks “it.” Hopes he gets over

– Austin and McMahon both agree the roster needs more depth

– Vince says this current locker room “isn’t as ambitious” and cites a fear of failure

– “Pro wrestling is what my dad did.” – Vince McMahon.

– McMahon says he really is introverted and shy.

– McMahon says he made ultimate decision for Brock Lesnar to end the Undertaker’s streak. Says he thinks he made right call.

– McMahon says Macho Man will go in the WWE Hall of Fame “soon.”

– McMahon on territories: “I didn’t put them out of business. They put themselves out of business.”

– Vince says he’s not so sure that he and Jim Ross won’t get back together again.

– “Our competition is ANYTHING on television, live events … THAT is tough competition.” – Vince

– McMahon: “I’m no better than anyone else in the world — but no one is better than me.”
