Ruling made in the death of Luna Vachon

TMZ.com is reporting that the death of former WWE, WCW, and ECW star Luna Vachon as “accidental.” Vachon died from an overdose of painkillers and anti-anxiety medication.

Vachon, 48, was found by her mother on August 27th.
