– The WWE promo hit. Following this, a quick video package airs hyping the debut of John Cena on RAW and the Triple Threat Match tonight when Cena defends against Christian and Chris Jericho.
– Following this, another video package airs hyping the Hell in a Cell Match tonight when Batista defends the World Heavyweight Title against Triple H.
– The graphic intro for Vengeance hits. We then go live to Las Vegas, NV where the classic “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign is shown. Pyro goes off in the arena and then we see a night shot of Las Vegas. We go back live inside the arena and Jim Ross, Jerry “The King” Lawler & The Coach welcome us to the show. All three talk about the Hell in a Cell Match tonight and then pass it on to the spanish announce team.
– New WWE Intercontinental Champion Carlito Caribbean Cool’s music hits to start off the first match.
WWE Intercontinental Championship Match
Carlito Caribbean Cool (c) vs. Shelton Benjamin
The match starts with both circling the ring staring each other down. Both lock up and Benjamin pushes Carlito to the corner. Benjamin gets in a quick firemans carry and a pinfall for a two count. Both lock up again and Benjamin applies a headlock into a takedown. Carlito counters that into a leg submission. Benjamin counters that into a pinfall for another two count. Carlito gets in a kick and a few forearms to Benjamin’s back. Carlito irish whips Benjamin to the corner, but Benjamin bounces off and takes out Carlito with a quick shoulder block. Benjamin gets in a few rights on Carlito, sends him into the ropes and nails him in the gut with a knee. Benjamin hooks the leg, but only gets a two count. Carlito takes down Benjamin with a shoulder block, but Benjamin quick flips up and takes out Carlito with a clothesline. Carlito rolls out of the ring, grabs the IC Title and starts walking up the ramp. Benjamin leaves the ring and takes out Carlito on the ramp. Benjamin gets in a hard right on Carlito sending him in a roll down the ramp. Benjamin throws Carlito back in the ring, hits a quick snap suplex, covers Carlito, but only gets a two count.
Carlito then irish whips Benjamin to the corner, Benjamin counters by jumping up and then taking out Carlito with a big flying clothesline. Benjamin covers, but only gets a two count. Benjamin attempts a few more hard rights, but Carlito fights back taking down Benjamin to the mat. Carlito then chokes Benjamin against the second rope and then kicks him to the outside. Carlito leaves the ring, Carlito thows Benjamin back inside, covers, but only gets a two count. Carlito gives Benjamin a quick scoop slam. Carlito picks up Benjamin and gives him two more scoop slams. Carlito hooks the leg on Benjamin, but only gets a two count. Carlito then starts to choke Benjamin a bit and then gets in some stiff kicks to the head. Carlito taunts at the crowd, covers Benjamin, but only gets a two count. Carlito argues with the referee, Benjamin then rolls up Carlito, but Carlito kicks out after two. Carlito keeps Benjamin on the mat and applies another neck submission. Benjamin gets back on his feet, gives Carlito a few elbows to the gut, dodges a clothesline and then takes out Carlito as he comes off the ropes.
Carlito is the first back on his feet and he gives Benjamin some hard rights. Benjamin fights back sending Carlito into the ropes and then taking him out with a samoan drop. Benjamin covers Carlito, but only gets a two count. Carlito and Benjamin exchange some punches on the mat. Both get on their feet and continue to exchange punches, but Benjamin starts to get more in. Benjamin takes out Carlito with two clotheslines followed by a high back body drop. Benjamin gives Carlito an inverted back breaker, covers, but only gets a two count. Benjamin struggles to get up on the top turnbuckle and as he does Carlito comes up, chopping him a few times. Carlito climbs up with Benjamin, but Benjamin jumps off grabbing Carlito by the head and bouncing him off the top rope. Benjamin climbs up to the ring apron, springboards off the top rope hitting Carlito with a bulldog, covers, but only gets a two count. Carlito holds onto the ropes as Benjamin tries to take him out with what looks to be a german suplex. Carlito fights back hitting an inverted side slam on Benjamin, covers, but only gets a two count. Carlito dodges a superkick from Benjamin, but Benjamin spins around hitting a big roundhouse kick on Carlito. Carlito gets up in the corner, removes the top turnbuckle pad, Benjamin jumps at him looking to hit a splash, but Carlito moves and Benjamin hits the exposed turnbuckle face first. Benjamin bounces back and Carlito covers for the 1, 2, 3.
Winner & STILL WWE Intercontinental Champion: Carlito Caribbean Cool
After the match, Carlito grabs the WWE IC Title and heads up the ramp. A dazed Benjamin gets helped out of the ring by the referee as Carlito looks on from the top of the ramp smiling.
– Backstage, Triple H is shown walking down a hallway with Ric Flair. He goes into his dressing room with a security guard standing on the outside.
– A video package airs hyping the match between Christy Hemme and Victoria tonight. That match is up next.
Victoria vs. Christy Hemme
The match starts with Christy running to the ring and chasing Victoria outside of it. When Victoria jumps back in, Christy comes in and Victoria cuts her off with some kicks. Victoria sends Christy into the ropes and Christy fights back with a quick kick. Christy then punches Victoria on the ground a few times and then nails her head into the corner a few times as well. Christy starts to choke Victoria when Victoria lifts her up in the air and drops her on the top rope. Victoria gets in a few right hands on Christy on the ground. Victoria grabs Christy by the hair and pulls her over her shoulder, hanging her by her hair. Victoria lets go at the referees request. Victoria then chokes Christy in the corner until the referee breaks that up as well. Victoria then lifts Christy in the air and then drops her back down with force. Victoria covers Christy two times and gets a two count on each. Victoria applies a neck submission on Christy. Victoria lays down on the mat to apply more pressure. Christy attempts to fight back, but Victoria gets her up on her shoulder. Christy jumps off, but hits the mat doing so. Victoria picks up Christy, gets her ready for the Widow’s Peak, Christy rolls out of it and attempts a pin, but Victoria prevents it.
Victoria attempts a moonsault on Christy, but Christy moves out of the way. Christy stands up with a determined look on her face and launches Victoria by her hair into the corner. Christy takes out Victoria each time she stands up. Christy connects with a big DDT on Victoria. Christy covers, but only gets a two count. Victoria launches Christy to the corner, Victoria charges, Christy jumps up and attempts a sunset flip pin, but Victoria stays down on Christy’s chest and holds the ropes for the pinfall.
Winner: Victoria
– Backstage, Todd Grisham is with WWE Champion John Cena. He reminds Cena that the last time Cena was on PPV he was making JBL say “I Quit.” Cena told him to forget that since it was SmackDown and now he is on RAW and kinda like the new guy in school. He asks Grisham to reflect on him being the “new kid” in school. Grisham said he had an accident in 10th grade and people called him Todd Pissham from then on. Cena thanks him for telling that story. He said he is sort of like Grisham, he is the new kid on RAW and that it doesn’t matter now since school is over. Cena compares Christian to a kid in school who wipes boogers on his shirt, while Jericho was the guy who wore spandex and stuffed his crotch. He then goes off on both, saying he will make a strong statement tonight on his first ever RAW pay per view.
– A video package airs hyping the match between Kane and Edge tonight that involved Lita in the past few weeks. That match is up next.
Edge w/ Lita vs. Kane
The match starts with Kane chasing Edge around the ring. Edge gets in and he cuts off Kane with some boots to the back when he gets on. Kane fights out of them and pushes Edge to the corner, getting in some hard rights. Kane climbs up on the second rope and he starts to give Edge some more stiff right hands. Kane then starts to really go after Edge with rights and lefts as Edge attempts to cover up with his arms. Kane gives Edge a quick uppercut followed by a high back body drop. Kane then pushes Edge’s head against the second rope and lets up before the referee makes the count to five. Kane gets in two stiff right hands on Edge. A loud “WE WANT MATT” chant starts up. Kane clotheslines Edge over the top rope to the outside. Kane leaves the ring on the other side and starts to follow Lita. Edge tries to take out Kane from behind, but Kane turns around and knocks him out. Kane throws Edge back in the ring and goes after him with some boots to the back and chest. Kane then drops an elbow on Edge and chokes him soon afterwards. Edge rakes Kane’s eyes, goes off the ropes, Kane throws Edge over the top rope, Edge lands on the ring apron and Kane then knocks him off to the outside.
Kane follows Edge to the outside and drives him into the ring barricade wall around the crowd. Kane lifts Edge up to his shoulder, but Edge pushes off sending Kane into the ring post. Kane gets up holding his face when Edge hits him with a big spear! Edge gets back in the ring as the referee starts the count. The referee gets to 8 when Kane rolls in, but Edge gives him a baseball slide sending him right back out again. Kane gets back in and Edge starts to stomp on Kane. Edge gets in the referee’s face and then goes back after Kane again. Edge sets Kane up in the corner and Edge hits a charging spear. Kane bounces off and hits the mat. A “YOU SCREWED MATT” chant starts up as we are shown a shot of Lita on the outside. In the ring, Edge drives his knee into the chest of Kane using the ropes for leverage. Kane gets on his feet and Edge gives him a few right hands. Kane still won’t go down and dares Edge to hit him a few more times. Kane fights back hitting Edge with some right hands of his own. Kane tries to put Edge on his shoulder, but Edge comes back down with an inverted back drop. Kane sits up and Edge goes off the ropes, hitting a dropkick. Kane sits up again and goes after Edge. Edge gets in an elbow on Kane in the corner, gets up on the turnbuckle, jumps, but Kane takes him out with a big right hand.
Kane takes out Edge with a big side slam as Edge came off the ropes. Kane goes up to the top, jumps, but when he comes down Edge nails him with a dropkick to the chest. Edge waits in the corner, Kane gets on his feet, Edge charges, but Kane takes him out with a big boot. Kane gets Edge ready for the chokeslam, Gene Snitsky runs out and gets up on the ring apron. Kane knocks him off, Edge charges, Kane gets Edge ready for the chokeslam, but Lita gets in the ring and distracts Kane. Kane grabs her and starts to choke her to the mat. Kane grabs a steel chair that was brought into the ring and opens it putting Lita’s head inside. Kane backs up smiling, Snitsky then runs in and he takes out Kane with a big boot. Edge covers, but only gets a two count. Lita rolls out and cheering on Edge to take out Kane. Kane takes out Edge as Snitsky gets up on the top rope. Snitsky jumps down, Kane grabs him by the throat, Edge tries to hit Kane with the briefcase, but he lets go and Edge takes out Snitsky by accident. Kane then grabs Edge and connects with a chokeslam. Kane covers Edge and gets the pinfall.
Winner: Kane
After the match, a scared Lita runs up the ramp as Kane stares at her smiling. Kane then does his pyro pose as pyro launches from all four corners. Kane continues to stare down Lita as she has a worried look on her face.
– A video package airs hyping the WrestleMania 21 rematch tonight between Shawn Michaels and Kurt Angle.
– Backstage, Shawn Michaels is with Todd Grisham. Grisham said he spoke with Kurt Angle and that Angle said he would make Michaels tap out again for a second time. Michaels said that is perfect because he wants Kurt Angle 100% confident going into tonights rematch. He said the big question tonight is if they can follow the “classic” from WrestleMania 21. Michaels said tonight, vengeance will be his. That match is up next.
Kurt Angle vs. Shawn Michaels
The bell rings and here we go. Both creep towards each other and then Angle backs up. They creep toward each other again, lock up and Angle pushes HBK to the corner. The referee breaks it up and Angle backs up. Angle then goes behind HBK, they roll around the ring a bit, HBK crawls and gets the ropes to break it up. They lock up again, HBK applies a headlock, Angle attempts to go off the ropes, but HBK drops down to prevent anything from taking place. They push to the corner and the referee breaks it up. Angle then takes down HBK and pushes him to the corner. Both lock up, Angle applies a headlock, HBK sends Angle into the ropes and Angle takes out HBK with a shoulder block. HBK responds with a hip toss and arm drag takeover on Angle into an armbar submission. Angle then throws HBK down with force and applies an armbar of his own, putting his knee on the top of HBK’s head. Angle drives his knee into the shoulder of HBK and the referee breaks it up. HBK rolls outside of the ring and holds his arm a bit to regroup. HBK gets back in the ring and he goes after Angle right away with two big chops. Angle rolls out of the ring and regroups as well. After a few seconds, Angle gets back in and he feels out HBK a bit, quickly taking him off his feet. Both lock up and Angle grabs HBK by the leg. Angle then locks on a single leg boston crab, but HBK gets the ropes.
HBK gets Angle in the corner and he hits two big chops. HBK gets a boot to the face in on Angle in the corner, springboards off the ropes getting a sunset flip on Angle, but Angle counters that into an Ankle Lock. HBK fights out of that, sending Angle to the outside. Angle grabs his head on the outside as HBK comes out, giving Angle two big chops to the chest. Angle then attempts the Angle Slam right away, but HBK fights out of it. HBK tries to send Angle into the ring post, but Angle stops himself, grabs HBK and gives him a german suplex on top of the spanish announce table! The table doesn’t break when HBK hits it with huge impact. HBK is shown grabbing the back of his head as Angle gets in the ring. Angle then gets out, grabs HBK by the head and throws him back in the ring. Angle covers HBK, but only gets a two count. Angle gets in a knee to the head on HBK. Angle then hits a quick snap neckbreaker on HBK, covers HBK three times, but HBK kicks out at two each time. Angle chokes HBK on the top rope until the referee breaks it up. Angle then starts to choke HBK with his boot in the corner and follows that up with a few kicks to the chest. Angle gets in a big uppercut on HBK. Angle picks up HBK and does another stiff uppercut. Angle then picks up HBK in a powerbomb and launches him at the corner. HBK hits the corner with impact and falls down lifeless. Angle follows that up with a few kicks and a suplex.
Angle applies a headlock on the mat. HBK gets back on his feet and fights back with some right hands. HBK gets in a chop on Angle, sends him to the corner, HBK charges, Angle moves and Angle gets in a big release german suplex for a two count. Angle picks up HBK and attempts the Angle Slam, but HBK rolls out of it. Angle then takes down HBK with a clothesline, covers, but only gets a two count. Angle sets HBK up on the top turnbuckle, climbs up, attempts to lift HBK off, HBK fights back with some right hands, Angle falls off, HBK jumps off, Angle catches him and hits an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Angle covers, but once again gets a two count. Angle sends HBK into the ropes, HBK comes off and Angle applies a reverse chinlock. Angle takes HBK down to the mat still applying the chinlock. HBK falls on his shoulders a few times and he kicks out after two on each. HBK gets back on his feet and he breaks up the chinlock with a big back suplex. Both men are down and the referee starts the count. Both get up at seven and exchange lefts and rights. HBK gets in a few hard chops on Angle against the ropes. HBK takes out Angle with a flying forearm and then flips up as Angle gets up. HBK takes out Angle with some hard right hands, an inverted atomic drop and clothesline. HBK gives Angle a scoop slam, signals to the crowd he is going to the top, HBK gets up on the top turnbuckle, jumps and connects with the elbow drop.
HBK then goes to the corner and starts tuning up the band when Angle gets up and takes out HBK with a big clothesline. Angle covers HBK, but only gets a two count. HBK takes out Angle with a big swinging DDT, covers, but only gets a two count. HBK covers Angle two more times and gets a two count on each as well. HBK attempts a suplex, Angle flips over and gives HBK a german suplex. Angle holds onto HBK, HBK breaks it up with an elbow, Angle dodges a clothesline and then hits HBK with the Angle Slam. Angle covers, but HBK kicks out. Angle then attempts the Ankle Lock, but HBK counters that into a pinfall for a close two count. Angle then rolls up HBK and applies the Ankle Lock. HBK counters out of that and sends Angle into the referee. The referee is out in the corner as Angle starts to get up. HBK gets up as well, charges at Angle and Angle launches HBK over the top rope to the outside. HBK starts to grab his knee in pain on the outside as WWE officials start to attend to him. Angle leaves the ring, breaks up the officials and puts HBK back in the ring. Angle dodges a Sweet Chin Music attempt by HBK and then applies the Ankle Lock. HBK tries to roll out of it, but Angle keeps it locked on tight. HBK attempts another roll through, but Angle won’t let it go. HBK reaches for the ropes as Angle keeps it locked in. Angle then pulls HBK to the middle of the ring as HBK screams out in pain. HBK rolls out of it finally, sending Angle shoulder first into the ring post. Angle gets on his feet and HBK takes him out with the Sweet Chin Music. Both are down, the referee counts to eight, HBK drapes his arm over the chest of Angle and Angle gets the shoulder up after two. Angle rolls out to the ring apron and starts to climb up the turnbuckle. Angle jumps at HBK, HBK gets up and nails Angle with the Sweet Chin Music. HBK gets his arm over Angle’s chest, the referee counts…1…2…3.
Winner: Shawn Michaels
After the match, Shawn Michaels rolls out of the ring and limps his way up the ramp waving and thanking the fans. JR reminds the fans that Angle vs. HBK is now tied at 1. Angle is helped out of the ring by WwE referee Jack Doan as the fans clap.
– A promo for The Great American Bash next month on July 24 is shown.
– Backstage, The Coach is with World Heavyweight Champion Batista. Coach said the odds don’t seem to be in his favor tonight going into the Hell in a Cell Match. He notes that Triple H had him beat at Backlash, but bad officiating was the reason for his win. Batista said that isn’t true and that he isn’t scared of Triple H. He notes that Triple H will have to kill him tonight if he wants to take the title away. Triple H walks up and told Batista that nobody beats him in Hell in a Cell. He said that is what Batista will be after this match, nobody. They start to brawl until they get pulled apart.
In-Ring Segment: Lilian Garcia, Viscera…and The Godfather
Lilian Garcia comes out to the ring. She gets on the mic and said the last few months have been very interesting for her. Garcia then introduces Viscera. Viscera’s music hits and he comes out to the ring as Lilian stares at him smiling. Garcia said Viscera has made her feel things she has never felt before over the past few months. She called him a smart and sexy man. Garcia said not long ago, he sang to her and now she wants to return the favor. She then sings a song to him about how much she loves him. Garcia then reminds Viscera what she said last week on RAW about how he would hit the “jackpot” tonight. She then gets down on one knee and asks Viscera to marry her. Viscera gets on the mic and calls what she just said very heavy. He repeats her request and looks at the crowd.
Viscera then says he would take that into consideration when The Godfather’s famous music hits. The Godfather comes out with some “local ho’s” in the Las Vegas area. Viscera has a smile on his face as The Godfather makes his way to the ring with his ladies. Lilian is looking on with a confused look on her face. Godfather gets on the mic as the fans cheer him loudly. He said someone has to do something about this. Godfather said Viscera use to be a pimp in training and noted that the ladies in Las Vegas all want a piece of the 500lb lover. He said he was surprised to hear him talk about getting married. Godfather apologizes to Lilian and said she is a lovely lady. He said he knows what type of appetite Viscera has and that he has only one question, asking if he really wants to spend the rest of his life with just one woman or take a ride on the HO TRAIN. Viscera stares down the ladies and rubs up against a few. He says, “Well, there is only one thing I gots to say…ALL ABOARD THE HOOOOOOOO TRAINNNNNNNNNN.” Lilian has a shocked look on her face and she starts to cry. Viscera starts to dance with the ladies and then leaves the ring with them along with The Godfather.

WWE Championship – Triple Threat Match
John Cena (c) vs. Christian vs. Chris Jericho
The match starts with all three ment staring each other down in the middle of the ring. Cena and Jericho start to talk trash and Jericho slaps Cena. Cena tackles Jericho and Christian starts to kick Cena on the ground. Jericho and Christian start to double team Cena a bit in the corner. Christian starts to choke Cena against the ropes when Jericho walks up, pushing Christian away, chopping Cena on the chest. Jericho irish whips Christian hard into the corner. Christian sets up Cena in the corner and kicks him a few times. Christian turns around and Jericho takes out Christian. Jericho drops an elbow on Christian two times. Jericho goes off the ropes and Tyson Tomko pulls down the top rope a bit, allowing Jericho to get caught up. Jericho goes to the ring apron and Tomko takes out Jericho against the ring barricade. Back in the ring, Cena fights back against Christian, giving him some stiff kicks in the corner. Tomko then gets in a cheap shot on Cena from the outside. The referee catches this and sends Tomko to the back. Tomko can’t believe it and argues with referee Earl Hebner. Another referee comes out and escorts Tomko to the back. Christian starts yelling at seeing this as the crowd chants the “goodbye song” in the arena. Cena then lifts Christian in the air and slams him back down hard. Cena gets Christian up on his shoulders, but Christian holds onto the top rope. Cena then flips Christian the other, launching him to the outside. Jericho then jumps off the top turnbuckle and takes out Cena with a flying forearm. Jericho covers Cena, but only gets a two count.
Jericho then gives Cena some chops in the corner. Jericho sends Cena to the corner, charges, but Cena gets his foot up and Jericho hits it face first. Cena gets in a right hands on Jericho and follows that up with a few more in the corner. Jericho irish whips Cena to the corner. Cena bounces off and Jericho catches him, hitting a running bulldog. Jericho attempts a Lionsault off the ropes, but Cena moves out of the way and Jericho lands on his feet. Jericho kicks Cena to the outside of the ring and Jericho follows. Jericho sends Cena into the ring barricade with impact. Jericho sends the timekeeper flying and he nails Cena’s head off a steel chair. Jericho removes the top of the spanish announce table, picks up Cena, attempts a suplex, Cena dodges both and Cena gives Jericho a big DDT on the WWE Title which was laying on the ground. Christian then takes out Cena, throws him in the ring, covers, but only gets a two count. Christian starts to choke Cena in the middle of the ring and then applies a rear naked choke. Cena fights back with a few elbows, but Christian stops that with a few punches. Cena takes out Christian with a clothesline and a big shoulder block. Cena dodges a clothesline from Christian and hits an inverted side slam. Cena does the “you can’t see me taunt”, goes off the ropes, but Jericho trips him up and he sends Cena into the steel steps. Christian then nails Jericho with a baseball slide. Christian throws Jericho back in the ring, taunts, sends him into the ropes, attempts knee to the gut, but Jericho counters that looking to apply the Walls of Jericho. Cena gets up on the ring apron, Christian pushes Jericho into Cena, Cena falls off, Jericho gets a quick rollup for a two count. Christian gets up on the top, Jericho chops him, gets in a few punches, grabs Christian attempting a superplex, Cena comes from behind in a powerbomb on Jericho and all three come down in a tower of doom from the corner!
Cena covers Jericho, but only gets a two count. Cena then covers Christian and gets a two count as well. Cena takes out both Jericho and Christian with clotheslines. Cena gives Jericho a scoop slam and then drop toe holds Christian on Jericho. Cena does a double knuckle shuffle on Christian and Jericho. Cena gets in a sunset flip on Jericho, Christian comes from behind to break it up into a pinfall of his own for a two count. Jericho rolls up both Cena and Christian for a two count. Jericho starts to climb up the top, Cena hits the ropes and Jericho falls down. Cena grabs Christian and nails his head off Jericho’s groin! Cena rolls up Christian, but gets a two count. Cena attempts the FU on Christian, but Christian rakes the eyes and hits an inverted DDT on Cena. Christian covers, but gets a close two count. Christian can’t believe it. Christian leaves the ring and grabs the WWE Title. Referee Earl Hebner stops this and as it happens, Tyson Tomko hits the ring and takes out Cena! Christian then comes in, covers Cena, but Cena kicks out after two. Cena launches Christian over the top rope. Jericho comes in and applies the Walls of Jericho on Cena. Christian gets up on the ring apron, Jericho breaks the hold and hits a springboard dropkick taking out Christian. Jericho then goes right back to Cena and applies the Walls of Jericho again. Christian then comes in and rolls up Jericho for a two count. Jericho dodges an Unprettier from Christian, throwing Christian into Cena. Cena puts Christian on his shoulders, Jericho charges, Cena uses Christian to hit Jericho. Jericho rolls to the outside as Cena hits the FU on Christian. Cena covers and gets the pinfall!
Winner & STILL WWE Champion: John Cena
After the match, Cena climbs up on the ring barricade in the crowd and raises the WWE Title high as the fans cheer loudly. Cena slaps some hands as he walks up the ramp and shows off the WWE Title to the camera. Cena raises the title high as the fans in Las Vegas cheer.
– A promo is shown for the 2005 WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony that will run on the WWE Fanatic Series next month in July on pay per view.
– Back live, the Hell in a Cell begins to lower. Following this, a video package runs hyping the World Heavyweight Championship Match between Batista and Triple H that is up next inside a Hell in a Cell.

The World Title is displayed and the cage lowers. WWE officials lock the door to enter the cage as Batista and Triple H look on. The bell rings and here we go. Triple H gets in a quick kick on Batista and starts punching him with some stiff right hands in the corner. Batista takes out Triple H early with a clothesline followed by a big side slam. Triple H goes to the outside, Batista follows, Triple H tries to nail his head against the cage, but Batista blocks it. Batista chases Triple H back in the ring and they stare each other down. Batista takes down Triple H with a shoulder block followed by a splash in the corner. Batista clotheslines Triple H over the top rope. Batista grabs Triple H and nails him backwards against the side of the cage. Batista does it a second time and then irish whips Triple H with force against the cage. Batista attempts another irish whip, but Triple H counters and sends Batista shoulder first into the steel steps. Batista gets up on the ring apron and Triple H drops his jaw across the top rope. Batista falls back, but still stays on the ring apron. Triple H goes off the ropes and charges at Batista, causing Batista to fly off the ring apron and into the cage with force. Triple H goes to the outside and whips Batista into the cage. Triple H does it a second time and then follows it up with a clothesline. Triple H rolls Batista back in the ring and he then looks under the ring and pulls a chain out from a tool box.
Triple H takes the chain and whips it across the back of Batista. Triple H does it a second time as Batista screams out in pain. Triple H then wraps the chain around the neck of Batista, choking him with it by pulling back and falling on the mat to apply more pressure. Triple H drives his knee into the back of Batista and chokes him some more with the chain, almost hanging him at one point. Batista breaks it up by dropping Triple H’s jaw off the top rope. Batista then takes the chain and he starts to whip Triple H with it. Triple H rolls to the outside and Batista whips him with the chain yet again. Batista lifts up Triple H and drives him into the side of the cage and ring post a few times. Batista then drives Triple H face first into the side of the cage. Triple H is busted open at this point as Batista throws him back in the ring. Batista gets in a few hard rights, but Triple H fights back with a big spinebuster on Batista. A bloody Triple H leaves the ring, looks under the ring and pulls out a steel chair wrapped with barbed wire! Triple H gets in the ring and nails Batista across the back with it. Batista’s back is busted open as Triple H nails him a second time with it across the back. Batista dodges a chair shot by kicking Triple H in the gut, but Triple H fights back with a knee to the face. Batista follows that up with a huge clothesline on Triple H.
Batista then grabs the chair wrapped in barbed wire and nails Triple H in the face with it! Batista taunts as Triple H grabs his face in pain. Batista grabs the chair and presses it against Triple H’s face as Triple H screams out in pain. Batista then takes Triple H by the face and he slides him across the cage fencing. Batista lifts Triple H up on his shoulder and launches him face first into the side of the cage. Batista puts Triple H back in the ring and sets him up in the corner. Batista gives Triple H some shoulder charges, backs up, charges, but Triple H moves out of the way and Batista hits the corner with force. A bloody Triple H sits up, kicks Batista in the gut, sets him up for the Pedigree over the chair covered in barbed wire, but Batista counters and gives Triple H a back body drop. Batista lifts Triple H up on his shoulder and drives him down hard in a powerslam on the chair wrapped in barbed wire! Batista covers, but only gets a two count. Triple H then comes out of no where and gives Batista a DDT on the chair covered in barbed wire. Batista is busted open at this point when Triple H grabs him by the head and nails him against the cage face first. Triple H then grazes Batista’s face across the cage fencing. Triple H throws Batista back in the ring and then goes under the ring, pulling out a sledgehammer.
Batista then gets in a kick on Triple H, causing Triple H to drop the sledgehammer. Both exchange some lefts and rights until Batista gets Triple H ready for a powerbomb when Triple H counters into a back body drop. Batista grabs the sledgehammer, nails Batista in the face with it, covers…1…2…Batista gets the shoulder up! Triple H goes to use the sledgehammer again when Batista low blows him with his boot. Batista has the sledgehammer now and he stares at Triple H. Batista charges at Triple H, but when he gets close Triple H turns and nails Batista with a right hand using the chain. Triple H covers, but Batista gets a shoulder up. Triple H wraps the chain around his fist, gets up on the top, jumps, but Batista gets the sledgehammer up and Triple H spits out blood as he connects with it, falling down face first. Batista gets on his feet and starts nailing Triple H with some hard right hands. Batista irish whips Triple H to the corner and Triple H hits it and flips over to the outside. Batista goes to the outside and he throws Triple H against the side of the steel steps. Batista grabs the steel steps and he nails Triple H in the face with them. Batista grabs the base of the steel steps and he puts it in the ring. Batista sets up the case of the steel steps in the corner and he nails Triple H against it face first a few times. Batista then irish whips Triple H into the steps and Triple H hits them with force, bouncing off and hitting the mat knocked out. Batista signals the end is near. Batista picks up Triple H, but Triple H drops down and low blows Batista. Triple H kicks Batista in the gut, hooks the arms and connects with the Pedigree. Triple H covers…1…2…Batista kicks out! Triple H then puts the base of the steel steps in the middle of the ring. He sets up Batista looking to hit the Pedigree when Batista picks him up and slams him down hitting a spinebuster! Batista picks up Triple H, lifts him up, Triple H has the sledgehammer in his hand, he doesn’t get a chance to use it as Batista comes back down connecting with the sitdown powerbomb. Batista covers and gets the pinfall!
Winner & STILL World Heavyweight Champion: Batista
After the match, a bloody Triple H is on his back lifeless as Batista is handed the World Heavyweight Title and his arm is raised. Batista gets helped to his feet as he raises the World Title in the air smiling as the PPV goes off the air…
