– Lacey began her career at MIW in Minnesota
– On November 29, 2003, Lacey defeated Josie to win the MIW Womens Title
– On January 24, 2004, Lacey defeated Rain to retain the MIW Womens Title
– On March 13, Lacey again defeated Rain to retain the MIW Womens Title
– On April 25, Lacey defeated Rain to regain the MIW Womens Title, having lost it only the day before
– On May 30, 2004, Lacey defeated Daizee Haze & Mercedes Martinez in the final of a tournament to become the first IWA Mid-South Womens Champion
– On June 19, Lacey defeated MsChif to retain the IWA Mid-South Womens Title
– Later that month, Lacey would begin appearing as a valet in ROH
– At Final Battle 2004, Lacey & Deranged defeated Becky Bayless & Angel Dust
– At Death Before Dishonor III, Lacey defeated Cindy Rogers
– At Do Or Die V, Lacey defeated Sumie Sakai
– On September 9, 2006, Lacey & The Heartbreak Express (Phil & Sean Davis) defeated Allison Danger & Black Market (Joey Machete & Shawn Murphy) to win the FIP Tag Team Titles for The Heartbreak Express
