Biography

– Nowinski graduated from Harvard with a degree in sociology and also earned All-Ivy League honours in football
– Following his graduation, Nowinski joined Killer Kowalski’s training school
– Nowinski reached the final three of the first season of WWF Tough Enough
– After his Tough Enough exit, Nowinski began competing on the indies as ‘Chris Harvard’
– In 2002, Nowinski was signed to a WWE deal and would undergo further training with Les Thatcher’s HWA
– In June 2002, Nowinski debuted on Raw, aligning himself with William Regal
– Nowinski twice won the WWE Hardcore Title at house shows in July 2002, losing it almost immediately on both occasions under the title’s 24/7 Rule
– Nowinski picked up a concussion in the 2003 Royal Rumble match, an injury that would lead to the end of his wrestling career
– At Bad Blood 2003, Nowinski & Rodney Mack defeated The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray & D-Von)
– Having wrestled his final match over a year prior, Nowinski opted to retire from wrestling in July 2004due to his suffering from ongoing post-concussion symptoms
– In retirement, Nowinski founded the Concussion Legacy Foundation, funding medical research into brain trauma in sports
