Biography

– Ishizawa graduated from the NJPW Dojo in 1992 and began working as a Young Lion in September of that year
– Ishizawa won his first match on October 11, defeating fellow rookie Yuji Nagata
– At Wrestling Dontaku 1994, Ishizawa & El Samurai defeated Shinjiro Otani & Tatsuhito Takaiwa
– Ishizawa competed on the NJPW/WCW Collision in Korea events in April 1995
– At Wrestling World 1996, Ishizawa, Shinjiro Otani & Yuji Nagata defeated Hiromitsu Kanehara, Kenichi Yamamoto & Kazushi Sakuraba
– Ishizawa won the 1996 Young Lion Cup, defeating Yuji Nagata in the final
– In the summer of 1996, Ishizawa was sent to Europe on a learning excursion. He would surface in Otto Wanz’s CWA promotion under the name ‘Kendo Kashin’
– On September 21, 1996, Kashin defeated Michael Kovac to win the CWA Junior Heavyweight Title

– On March 20, Kashin & Wagner Jr defeated Gran Hamada & El Samurai to retain the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Titles

– At Wrestling World 2002, Kashin defeated Daijiro Matsui to retain the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title, but would jump to All Japan alongside Keiji Mutoh & Satoshi Kojima shortly thereafter, becoming the junior ace of the rebuilding promotion
– On April 13, 2002, Kashin defeated Masanobu Fuchi to win the vacant AJPW Junior Heavyweight Title
– On May 10, Kashin defeated Gran Naniwa to retain the AJPW Junior Heavyweight Title
– On July 17, Kashin defeated Gran Hamada to retain the AJPW Junior Heavyweight Title
– On October 19, Kashin defeated Jimmy Yang to retain the AJPW Junior Heavyweight Title

– Kashin won the 2005 ROH Best Of The American Super Juniors Tournament under the name ‘Dragon Soldier B’, defeating Black Tiger (Rocky Romero) in the final
– Kashin briefly returned to NJPW as a regular in mid-2005, before returning to Europe in October
– On October 28, Kashin & Toru Yano defeated Ecki Eckstein & Leon van Gasteren in the final of a tournament to win the vacant EWP Tag Team Titles
– Kashin took a hiatus from wrestling in 2008, returning to IGF in 2010

– On November 28, Kashin defeated Antonio Honda in a Hybrid Rules Match to win the DDT Extreme Title

– In the summer of 2020, Kashin began working for NOAH
– On January 3, 2023, Kashin & NOSAWA Rongai defeated Takao Omori & Masao Inoue to win the AJPW All Asia Tag Team Titles, but lost them to Atsushi Onita & Yoshitatsu a month later
