– In October 2002, Panda Energy, a company owned by Dixie’s father, purchased a majority stake in TNA Wrestling. Dixie herself was named President the following year
– In early 2010, Carter became a regular on-screen authority figure
– At Bound For Glory ’16, Sting defeated Hulk Hogan to restore Dixie Carter’s on-screen authority role
– In mid-2012, Carter was involved in the infamous ‘Claire Lynch’ storyline alongside AJ Styles
– In September 2013, Carter became a heel authority figure, turning on AJ Styles
– In August 2014, Carter was written off TV after being put through a table by Bully Ray
– In August 2016, Billy Corgan took over as President of Impact Wrestling, with Carter moving to become chairman, though Corgan would soon sue the company over financial discrepancies
