Biography

– Steel began his career in the promotion that had trained him, making several appearances for Windy City Pro in the early 90s
– Under the name ‘Ace Lynch’, Steel made an appearance on the June 2, 1998 episode of WWF Shotgun Saturday Night
– On September 22, 2000, Steel defeated Daryck St Holmes Esq. to win the SPCW Northern States Light Heavyweight Title
– On October 21, Steel defeated CM Punk to retain the SPCW Northern States Light Heavyweight Title
– Steel won the 2001 IWA:MS Sweet Science Sixteen Tournament, defeating Nova in the final
– On February 8, 2002, Steel Defeated Dysfunction for the IWA Mid-South Light Heavyweight title in Indianapolis, IN.
– On March 1, Steel defeated Vic Capri to retain the IWA:MS Light Heavyweight Title
