- The Tampa Tribune reported that former WWE and TNA star Andrew Martin, who wrestled as 'Test' and 'The Punisher' was arrested on Sunday morning in Pasco County for driving under the influence. The wrestler was stopped by an off-duty officer after she spotted the vehicle driving recklessly on Interstate 75. A Florida Highway Patrol trooper arrived shortly afterwards at around 10:30AM and noticed Martin's eyes were glassy and bloodshot and his speech was slurred, according to the report. A field sobriety test was administered and the former Test failed the test. He was arrested on charges of DUI and driving while his license was suspended or revoked. He refused to submit a urine test and was transported to the Land O' Lakes Jail. He was released from jail Sunday night after posting $500 bail. Martin was backstage at WrestleMania XXIV and was also seen at the Hall of Fame the previous day visiting friends.

- FOX 5 in Atlanta is reporting that Henry County Police are investigating a case which involves several bottles of HGH found in a home bought by a Locust Grove man who says it belonged to a WWE wrestler (later reported as ECW's Mike Knox). The individual also gave the police officers several syringes and other materials along with the bottles which were found in two shoe boxes in the attic of their home. Other bottles were labeled as testosterone, neomasteron and some had no labels on them. The shoe boxes also contained personal documents with the name of the man who used to live in the house along with a contract from WWE and a memo from the company from 2004 regarding their new dress code. Henry County Police have asked FOX 5 News not to name the wrestler at this time because they want to talk with him first. Police are still investigating what the substance was in those bottles. Police investigators say they believe the wrestler is staying with relatives in another state.

- Last week we noted that, according to phone logs obtained by the the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, three WWE superstars text messaged Chris Benoit after his death. Here are more notes from the newly obtained records:

- Benoit wasn’t much for text messaging. He would write short text messages, and wouldn’t use the method of communicating to open up to friends.
- He did keep in touch with Chris Jericho, Gregory Helms, Scott James (Armstong), Chavo Guerrero, Bill DeMott, Hardcore Holly, CM Punk and Shawn Daivari.
- On 5/9, Nancy texted Benoit, “Get off the crap, you’re on (steroids), it’s making you passive aggressive and I don’t need the abuse.” She also wrote, “I will not accept this steroid induced roller coaster ride of emotional abuse .. You need professional (help).”
- On another day, Nancy texted, “Get off the stuff. It’s obvious (you’re on). I’m probably not the only one who can see and we both know the Wellness program is a joke.”
- In one of Benoit’s last matches, Chris teamed with Punk against Marcus Cor Von and Elijah Burke, which ended getting screwed up and ending with a DQ finish. Benoit went off for the finish, but later apologized for his outburst. Punk texted him, “I’m sorry as well. We are better than that. Never again.”
- Investigators were weirded out that after killing his family, Benoit called Delta Airlines to book a flight to Houston for the WWE PPV.
- During the weekend in question, Jericho text messaged Benoit to tell him that former Stampede wrestler Beef Wellington had died. There is no indication that Benoit received the message before his own death.
