- WWE and toy maker JAKKS Pacific are going to part ways as WWE announced that starting in January 2010, Mattel will be the exclusive toy licensee covering all global territories with a multi year licensing agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Mattel will develop and market products in a wide variety of toy categories such as action figures, accessories and playsets, games and puzzles, activity toys, plush products, vehicles, and role play products. Mattel is the leader in toys and are famous for their toys such as Barbie, Hot Wheels, Matchbox etc. At one point Hasbro - who did WWE figures before JAKKS took over - where also in the running for the license.

- Less than an hour after WWE and Mattel announced the partnership for toys starting in the year 2010, JAKKS Pacific fired back with a press release saying that it has entered in a five year agreement with TNA Wrestling to produce their own line of toys for the Nashville-based company. Currently Toy Biz produces the TNA action figures. JAKKS current licensing deal with WWE expires in 2009.

- ECW on 2/12 scored a 1.43 cable rating with 1,856,000 viewers.

- WWE's Raw theme song CD slipped to #118 on the Billboard charts and has sold 94,809 units excluding Wal-Mart stores.

- Scott Hall checked himself into a rehab center in Atlanta, GA.

- Live Audio Wrestling was scheduled to interview a TNA star Sunday night after the Against All Odds PPV, as the Canadian radio show usually does following a TNA PPV. According to the hosts, TNA pulled the scheduled guest as TNA's PR department apparently hasn't been happy with their line of questioning for their talent.
