- The Monday night Raw rating of 2.51 may have been caused by a glitch at Nielsen Media Research. It is being reported that Nielsen has contacted programmers (such as WWE), alerting them of the possible error.

- The 7/31 edition of ECW on Sci Fi scored a 1.3 cable rating.

- Blaming the fall on 'The Condemned' movie, WWE reported just $9.7 million operating income compared to the $21.4 million in the prior year quarter. Earnings in the quarter were impacted by a $15.7 million charge related to the Steve Austin movie which tanked big time in the box office. Total revenues totaled $137.5 million as compared to $119.3 million in the prior year quarter. Net income was $7.0 million as compared to $14.7 million in the prior year quarter.

- In the quarter earnings report released today, it was revealed that WrestleMania 23 did a total of 1,188,000 buys which is a record for any WWE event on pay-per-view. Last year's WrestleMania pulled in a total of 958,000 which was the highest at that time. WrestleMania 23 is the only wrestling event to top the 1 million buys.

- Tickets for Wrestlemania 24 will go on sale on 11/3 at the Florida Citrus Bowl in Orlando, FL.

- Poll results: Should WWE cut down on house shows?

- NBA Champions 2006-2007: San Antonio Spurs replaced WWE's Ladder Match DVD atop of Billboard's top selling sports and recreational DVDs.

- Konnan has been hospitalized in Tijuana due to his body rejecting the donor kidney from his recent kidney transplant surgery in Mexico.

- It was reported that Samoa Joe had gotten married over the weekend in California.

- Former Four Horseman Ole Anderson, 65, is suffering from Multiple Sclerosis.

- UFC heavyweight champion Randy "The Natural" Couture (15-8-0) will star in "The Scorpion King: The Akkadian," a major motion picture from Universal Studios.
