Biography
– Amato made her debut as Nikki for the APW promotion in California. By 2003, she had become Sara Del Rey
– Del Rey appeared on the first ever PWG show in July 2003, competing on the winning side of a six-person tag match
– In August 2003, Del Rey made the first of many trips to Japan, working for ARSION
– Del Rey defeated Adrenelyn for the Impact Zone Wrestling’s Women’s title on February 15, 2005.
– Del Rey and Mercedes Martinez battled to a 27:33 time-limit draw, which received a standing ovation for the Shimmer Women’s Wrestling promotion on November 6, 2005.
– On December 16, 2005, Del Rey (American Angel) was unmasked in Monterrey, Mexico.
